Our Constitution

    • Article IV Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

    • Article II Section 2.  Political power; purpose of governmentAll political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights.
    • Article II Section 4. Due process of law: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.

  1. Carries-out and enforces laws/State Administrations and Operations.

The Judicial Branch (The 3rd Branch)

  1. The Courts of Law – decides whether a law breaks the rules of the Constitution.
  2.  Judicial adjudication or Jurisdiction only comes from the US Constitution.  A Court (All Courts, including state and federal) may not rule without evidence and due process.
